Get-Ripped Tips and New Fierce Fat Burner
If you’re reading this, you’re no doubt looking to get ripped--skin so thin that your abs look like shrink-wrapped cubes of granite, even when you’re standing relaxed. Talk about grabbing attention at the beach, lake or pool (and making gals drool). It can happen, and if you’re motivated, you can do it quicker than you think. What you DO want is to GRADUALLY reduce your calories over many weeks, primarily through small carbohydrate reductions and exercise enough to build muscle as you burn off fat. That’s how you turn on the mush-to-muscle machine. Muscle increases your metabolism, which means you burn more calories every day, even sitting still. To accelerate the fat-to-muscle process--so it doesn’t feel so g-r-a-d-u-a-l--you can take a fat burner prior to working out. Most of those raise epinephrine, the key thermogenic hormone.
