Okay, it’s not really a secret; it’s common sense that many trainees overlook when they’re trying to get ripped…
It’s meth—kidding! It’s carb cycling, a tactic that’s worked well for me…
Carb cycling simply means you align your carb intake with your activity levels each day…
If it’s a day you work out, your body needs more carbs to fuel that activity and replenish glycogen stores in your muscle tissue.
If it’s a non-workout day, reduce your carb intake so there’s no excess available for fat storage…
Again, common sense, but are you doing it? Many bodybuilders don’t do it methodically in the late winter, when they should be gradually paring away body fat for the spring and summer.
One of the best ways to automatically carb cycle is with intermittent fasting…
For example, if you stop eating the night before at 7 p.m., and then don’t eat again until 10 a.m., your non-workout day starts with a calorie deficit…
You essentially push your meal schedule forward, removing a higher-carb meal. Just be sure to keep your protein intake high to fuel muscle repair.
Using IF two to three non-workout days a week is one of the easiest fat-loss “secrets” around.

After reading the article below, you might want to consider alternate routes of boosting your T levels naturally instead of through something that’s potentially as harmful as TRT…
–> Why Testosterone Replacement Therapy can do more HARM than good (for any ladies reading this, please pass this on to your husband or boyfriend if they are using or have considered using TRT)
