I’m not judging. If someone wants to use anabolics, that’s their choice—but don’t tell me that your training “methods” produced your fast size gains.
True, it still takes consistent workouts—but even crummy exercises, overtraining, and haphazard eating can work quickly when you’re “on.”
Most of the methods used by the drug folks will NOT work for drug-free trainees. And I speak from decades of training experience…
Of course, there is that small group of genetic freaks who can gain big with or without. But talk about rare—that’s less than 1 percent of those who lift…
Even Arnold in his heyday looked good but not that impressive in the off-season—and his off-season meant OFF drugs.…
Not the case for many now. Most are on something all year. Even a lot of the women use milder anabolics, like Oxandrolone, a.k.a. Anavar.

I can guarantee that almost everyone reading this will not gain from Markus’ training routine—unless drugs are in the mix. And if you’re old like me, it might kill you….
I’m almost 65—older and drug-free at 5’10”, 185 (pics are HERE). But I do have almost 50 years of lifting experience (just typing that makes me cough up phlegm).
It’s why I constantly rant about using the most efficient training that emphasizes the biomechanically ideal exercises—no heavy weights, minimal injury potential, and shorter, less-damaging workouts…
Recovery and muscle supercompensation must be the goal or wheel-spinning becomes a frustrating reality—or even illness….
