Q: The new ebooks are fantastic. I followed Doug Brignole before his death and also you. Really great information. I appreciate that you suggest add-on exercises to the ideal and make the case for which ones are best. Small Details for Massive Gains
Q: I read Old Man Young Muscle 2 in one sitting. Amazing information. I’ve paged through the Exercise Guide, too. Great work. I’ll read that in full this weekend. The [new] Positions-of-Flexion stuff in it got my attention, so I’m excited. I did look at the triceps exercises closely because that’s a lagging muscle for me. Big Arms, Veins, and Muscle Gains
Q: I notice you guys never really mention doing dips for triceps. I know Mike Mentzer said that the parallel bar dip is one of the best triceps exercises—and he had some big arms with some of the biggest, most vascular tri’s I’ve ever seen from the “moderate-steroid era.” Do you consider dips a good triceps move?
A: Dips can work well as a compound, or midrange, exercise for triceps—in place of close-grip bench presses, for example… [Read more…]
