Another chance to use my new gym toy, so I was looking forward to the workout. With Halloween tomorrow, a time change this weekend, and a new month beginning, this may have been my Full-Body Finale. Don’t get me wrong, the workouts are great and extremely efficient, but I’m not a fan of taking days off and no single bodypart ever feels completely hammered. I’ll likely be going back to a more traditional split come Monday…

Note: My current split is based on the POF MMX Mega-Mass Workout in the new e-book MMX Fast Mega-Mass Workouts–the Max-Muscle X-pansion System.
Summary
No letdowns from the workout, really, but I miss having target muscle groups that feel completely wasted. Come Monday, I’ll either go to a typical split, or maybe I’ll just increase the workload for the full-body workouts. The only problem with that in my mind is the lack of focus. I like it to be narrowed down a bit, so I’ll make some decisions before the next workout. That said, today was great! Full-body pump was very nice and strength was great. Just left wanting a little more, but maybe that’s a good thing… We shall see!
