It was a Festivus miracle having leg day fall on this wonderful Seinfeldian holiday. LOL! My Feats of Strength involved some one-leg movements, and maybe a bit of screaming, but it was all worth it. Now I just have to wait until dinner for the Airing of Grievances…

Festivus Miracle Summary
I decided to up the pain inducement today by doing each leg individually on step-back lunges. The constant tension seems much more effective, but it’s rough needing to go to the second leg. The pump was pretty outstanding, though, so the Feats of Strength were worth the effort. Good thing I don’t need to do any hiking over the next couple of days, as my legs are in for a world of hurt tomorrow. Then again, I hope everything’s okay by about midnight tomorrow… You know, just in case Santa needs some help getting out of our chimney.
