It was a nice ‘n early one for today’s Wednesday workout. Woke up before my alarm and couldn’t get back to sleep, so down to the gym I went. Much more motivated and amped up than I was on Monday morning, so this one was a great one. …

Wednesday Workout Summary
SO much better today. Not really sure what happened on Monday, but I just wasn’t feeling it. Very different story today, and starting the day with deadlifts was super energizing. Yes, I did remember to take my pre-workout this morning, so that probably had something to do with it. Not many changes today. I did dumbbell curls instead of barbell, and I decided to go with spider curls rather than standard concentration curls. That was partially just to shake things up, but mostly because it was more efficient. Great workout and ready for a bit of HIIT cardio tomorrow morning to make sure no one thinks I’m turning into a Santa Claus wannabe. LOL
