Steve: MMX Midrange-Stretch Monday (legs/chest/back)

Felt great today–leg healed, kept the alcohol minimal yesterday. I also kept the volume minimal today. Why? Moan-day so I left off the rest/pause to minimize the moaning…

Quads: Cable squats (2×20,9); Sissy squats (1×9)
Hamstrings: Flat-back hypers (2×19,8); Stiff-legged deadlifts (1×10)
Calves: Seated calf raises (2×22,12); Machine calf raises (1×12)
Chest: Wide-grip machine dips (2×18,8); Flat flyes (1×10)
Midback/Lats: Chest-supported DB rows (2×20,11); Horizontal cable shrugs (1×10); DB pullovers (1×10)
Traps/Delts: DB upright rows (2×20,9); DB shrugs (1×12)

MMX Midrange-Stretch Monday Summary

After the workout I felt almost too good–like maybe I should’ve moaned more with some rest/pause–at least on the stretch move. Note to self for next Moan-day.
