Calves: Leg press calf raises (1×24), Seated calf raises (1×11 R/P 6)
Chest: Flat DB flyes (1×20), DB bench presses (1×10 R/P 6)
Back: Chest-supported DB shrugs (1×22), Chest-supported DB rows (1×10 R/P 5); DB shrugs (1×19), DB upright rows (1×9 R/P 5)
Tri’s/Bi’s/Brachialis: DB pullovers (2×14,10), Seated hammer curls (2×10,8)

MMX Stretch Tuesday Summary
For some reason this workout had me soaked and gasping toward the end. I did go fast–and the humidity was high. Still, maybe I need more cardio outside the gym.
