Quads: Leg extensions (1×20), DB squats (1×11)
Hamstrings/Glutes: Seated leg curls (1×21), Flat-back hyperextensions (1×11)
Calves: Leg press calf raises (1×24), Loose form leg press calf raises (1×12)
Chest: Machine flyes (1×20), Machine dips (1×8)
Back/Delts: Bent-arm bent-over laterals (1×24), Cable rows (1×9); Lateral/shrugs (1×20), DB upright rows (1×10)
Tri‘s/Bi’s: Pushdowns (2×19,9); Close-grip cable curls (2×22,10)
Abs: Machine crunches (1×19), End-of-bench kneeups (1×10)

STX Pre-Ex Thursday Summary
Weight workouts are a stress, but they also can help destress if you use them correctly. I believe the above workout is just enough to reduce stress while not adding any unnecessary excess. I walked out of the gym feeling great.
