Jonathan: Delts, Arms (Strength Surge)

Big strength surge today, but that’s easy to explain. Too many days of being sick combined with ample Thanksgiving leftover intake and extreme focus meant today was going to be a winner no matter what. Focus and intensity were extreme this morning…

Delts: DB presses (3×15,10,8); Incline lateral raises (2×10,8—DXO + X Reps); Lateral raises (2×15,12 + X Reps)
Triceps: DB extensions (2×15,10 + X Reps);  Overhead extensions (2×10,8—DXO + X Reps); Seated kickbacks (2×12 + X Reps)
Biceps: Standing curls (2×15,12 + X Reps); Incline Curls (2×10,8—DXO + X Reps); Concentration curls (2×12 + X Reps)
Forearms: Wrist curls (2×12,10 + X Reps); Reverse wrist curls (2×12,10 + X Reps)

Note: My split is based on the POF MMX Mega-Mass Workout in the new e-book MMX Fast Mega-Mass Workouts–the Max-Muscle X-pansion System.

Summary

Great workout, and as I mentioned above, intensity and focus were crazy high. One of those mornings where you’re just fully tuned in to every single set and trying to squeeze absolutely everything you can out of every rep. That gave me a bit of a strength surge, too, but it was mostly the focus that had me jacked. The pump that came out of it all at the end wasn’t exactly a bad thing either. LOL! Now to make sure I don’t catch another cold through the winter months, and I should be able to maintain this all into spring.
