Started with a bit less energy today, but that turned around after the first warmup set for delts. Once the blood got flowing, I was ready to start growing. LOL…
Delts/Back: DB presses (3×8,10,8) ss Undergrip DB rows (3×8,10,8); Seated laterals (3×8,12,10) ss DB upright rows (3×8,12,10)
Triceps/Biceps: DB extensions (3×8,12,8) ss Seated DB curls (3×8,10,8); Chest-supported kickbacks (3×12) ss Alternate concentration curls (3×12)
Forearms: Alternate hammer curls (3×12)

Summary: Woke up feeling a bit laggy today, and not sure why. Probably not enough rest, though I went to bed at my regular time. Hopefull just a fluke, but the workout was great once I got rolling. No changes to delts today, but I changed the last biceps exercise to alternate concentration curls as a test. Awkward to have to ‘bells working during that movement, but easy to manage once I got going. I think I feel them a bit more than the Face-down inclines, so I’ll probably change between the two. I also did Alternate hammer curls instead of wrist curls for forearms. Those have always been one of my favorites when bringing the weight across your body, so they felt great.
