Made it back to the gym today and decided on an isolation-exercise-only workout–no rest/pause. Trying to keep my in-the-gym stress low considering my outside pressure is high. Here’s what I did today…
Quads: Leg extensions (2×20,8)
Hamstrings/Glutes: Seated leg curls (2×19,8); Flat-back hypers (2×20,9)
Calves: Leg press calf raises (2×23,12)
Chest: Machine flyes (2×20,8)
Back: Bent-arm bent-over laterals (2×22,10); Stiff-arm pulldowns (2×22,10)
Delts/Tri‘s/Bi’s: One-arm cable laterals (2×20,9); Rope pushdowns (2×22,10); Concentration curls (2×20,9)
Abs: None

Iso STX Thursday Summary
Good reps on every exercise. Using around 20 on the first set really sets up good fast-twitch activation on the second heavy set, even without the added rest/pause.
