Super-TORQ MMX
I woke up looking forward to the TORQ power I’d be dealing with from the workout this morning. Well, I was somewhat looking forward to the workout and a whole lot looking forward to the insane, skin-stretching pump…
Delts: DB upright rows (5×50,40,30,20,10(8)(6)—drop) ss Standing laterals (4×8)
Triceps: DB extensions (5×50,40,30,20,10(8)(6)—drop) ss Overhead extensions (4×8)
Biceps: DB curls (5×50,40,30,20,10(8)(6)—drop) ss Incline curls (4×8)
Forearms: Forearm rockers (1×15(12)(10)—drop)
Note: My current split is based on the POF MMX Mega-Mass Workout in the new e-book MMX Fast Mega-Mass Workouts–the Max-Muscle X-pansion System.
Summary: I was still sore from last Monday’s Super-TORQ-based MMX workout right through Thursday, but was able to get back on track by Friday. The weekend workouts were straight POF MMX so that I could have the steam left to hit Super-TORQ again today. Great workout! The burn is almost unbearable, and the pump is truly unreal. Already looking forward to tomorrow’s workout.
