Jonathan: Delts, Arms, (X-cen, X-cel, Power)

Great workout! Outstanding pump and everything just felt perfect. Was it the high level of sweat from the humidity, or maybe the fact that I woke up happy to see the tornadic weather missed us completely, or just a great routine? I’ll go with routine, of course…

Delts/Back: DB presses (3×8,10,8) ss Undergrip DB rows (3×8,10,8); Seated laterals (3×8,12,10) ss DB upright rows (3×8,12,10)
Triceps/Biceps: DB extensions (3×8,12,10) ss Seated DB curls (3×8,12,8); Chest-supported kickbacks (3×12) ss Facedown incline DB curls (3×12)
Forearms: DB wrist curls (3×12) ss Reverse DB wrist curls (3×12)

Summary: Pump was immense today, and there was some good vascularity popping through. Seems that tightening up the diet and focusing on a bit of extra activity is helping the get-in-shape goal, and I was able to increase the poundage on most exercises today while getting the same number of reps, and even more reps on some exercises. Great workout today!
