Jonathan: Delts, Arms (POF MMX)

I was planning some change today, and then I flashed back to how much I liked the POF MMX Mega-Mass Workout from several weeks ago, so I just swapped back to that. Fantastic workout, and intensity was sky high…

Delts: DB presses (3×20,9,6: DP 3X); DB upright rows (3×8: Xcen + X Reps) ss Seated laterals (3×8 + X Reps)
Triceps: DB extensions (3×20,9,6: DP 3X); Bench dips (3×10: Xcen + X Reps) ss Overhead extensions (3×8 + X Reps)
Biceps: DB curls (3×20,10,7–DP 3X); Facedown incline DB curls (3×10: Xcen + X Reps) ss Incline curls (3×8 + X Reps)
Forearms: Incline hammer curls (1×15(8)(6)–R/P)
Note: My current PowerBlock gym split is based on the POF MMX Mega-Mass Workout in the new e-book MMX Fast Mega-Mass Workouts–the Max-Muscle X-pansion System.

Summary: Not sure if I forgot how much I liked this exact split previously, or if it just feels that much better this time around, but it made for a pretrry incredible workout. Felt nice and strong on everything, and the pump was unreal.
