Steve: Midrange Monday (Xcen + Xcel legs/chest/back)

Kept it simple today–mostly midrange moves, X-centric set followed immediately by X-celeration. Except for traps…

Hamstrings: DB semi-stiff-legged deadlifts (1×9 Xcen + 8 Xcel)
Quads: Step-back lunges (1×8 Xcen + 7 Xcel)
Calves: One-leg calf raises (1×9 Xcen + 6 Xcel)
Chest: DB bench pressess (1×9 Xcen + 8 Xcel)
Lats/Midback: Chest-supported  DB bent-over rows (1×9 Xcen + 12 Xcel)
Traps/Delts: DB shrugs (1×10 Xcen) R/P DB upright rows (1×14 Xcel)

Midrange Monday Summary

I worked fast today, so by the end I was huffing and puffing–and not in the mood for abs. I’ll zero in on those on Wednesday–after arms.
