Steve: DP + PreEx Wednesday (delts/arms/abs)
Last Wednesday I did an X-centric to X-celeration sequence. Then followed with a Pre-Ex superset, using that same exercise as the first. For example, Laterals (1×9 Xcen + 8 Xcel); Laterals (1×9) ss Seated DB presses (1×10). Today I did Downward-Progression 3X–20-10-8, adding weight each set. I did Downward Progression 3X last week: 20-12-8, adding weight to each set, one exercise per muscle. Today I did X-centric followed immediately by X-celeration, rested 10 seconds, then did a standard set (1/3 tempo) with the same weight.
