Rich Gaspari was an impressive pro bodybuilder in the ’80s—but he will be the first to admit that his genetics were not ideal…
Still, at 5’8” he competed at the highest level and was the first pro to show striated glutes onstage. The man got shredded, which went a long way in countering some of his minor structural flaws.
As you can see from the pic above, that did not include his arms. When your guns can stop car loads of women, you’re jacked. LOL. What bodybuilder wouldn’t love that…
So it’s curls for the girls, as the saying goes—but triceps and forearms are important too. In fact, they may be more important. Triceps make up more of the upper arm than the biceps, so you need to beef them up with size and sweep.
And forearms are always hanging out of your short-sleeved shirts, so make sure they are full, cut and vascular. How? Glad you asked…
We got our arms looking pretty darn good—drug-free, thick with decent peaks. Jonathan’s arms were especially impressive, maxing out at 19+ inches at their biggest, as this ebook cover photo shows (no drugs, no PhotoShop or trick photography)…

Build MASS with bodyweight training
One way you’re guaranteed to pack on stacks of muscle is through a process called muscle protein synthesis (MPS), which more than doubles 24 hours after an intense workout…
Until recently, MPS was only elevated when trainees would lift 70-90% of their one-rep max…
That’s not only dangerous for your joints, but it also sets you up for high injury risk every time you exercise…
It used to be believed that training with your own bodyweight couldn’t get you the same results as training with your 70-90% one rep max… Until NOW.
