I don’t know if it’s possible to have a bad Friday workout. Chest and back got a great pump, and it was like I was at some sort of Sweat Fest Gym Party. Crazy humid, but it felt good…
Chest/Back: Incline DB presses (3×8,10,8) ss Facedown incline DB rows (3×8,10,8); DB bent-over rows (3×8,10,8) ss DB bench presses (3×8,10,8); DB pullovers (3×12) ss Bent-arm bent-over laterals (3×12)
Abs: Planks (3×60 sec–Stat) ss Full-range crunches (3×15 + X Reps)

Summary: I had someone coming by this morning, so I had to rush the workout a bit. That was actually a good thing, as it forced me to keep short rest periods. I went up in weight where possible, and actually got right at the recommended rep range on most sets rather than the higher rep numbers I’ve been getting lately. Looking forward to Fourth of July with my family, but will start the day off with a morning workout. Legs and fireworks – Perfect!
