You don’t need to train 7 days a week to be strong, lean, and healthy. If you work out 3 days a week, eat ample protein, and walk as much as possible, you are 80 percent there. This is achievable for everyone. Stop over-complicating it.
And if you do it right, you’ll be more than 80 percent there as far as muscle growth is concerned…
