The first full day of the new season, so it was all about winter width today. Chest-and-back attack to be exact. LOL! I stuck with yesterday’s simplistic approach, and the results were great. An efficient workout with a tremendous pump…
Chest: DB incline presses (3×20,12,8 + X Reps); DB flyes (3×12,10,8 + X Reps)
Back: Parallel-grip chins (3×15,12,10 + X Reps); DB pullovers (3×10,8,8 + X Reps); Shrugs (2×20,12 + X Reps)
Abs: Leg raises (2×12) ss Full-range crunches (2×15 + X reps) ss Planks (2×50 sec)

Winter Width Summary
I went with the same two-exercises, 3-sets approach as yesterday, but it was all midrange and stretch work, with the exception of abs where I stuck with three exercises and supersets between them all. Chest felt really good, and the extra sets really pushed a skin-stretching pump. Back felt great, too, but needed a better balance between lats and midback work. Still a great one and incredibly efficient.
