Happy New Year! Last training day of 2015 was on New Year’s Eve, and plans were to take some time off before hitting it hard tomorrow. Well, I got impatient, and 2016 is already here, so there’s no time like the present. Two days off in a row is plenty for me, and I never feel good when it rolls into a third day off, so Sunday workout it is…

Abs: Leg raises (2×12) ss Full-range crunches (2×15 + X reps); Planks (2×50 sec)

Happy New Year Summary
Fantastic start to the new year! Full-range POF training, no rush, and extreme focus – perfection! There was no way I was going to be able to take the day off from training, so I headed down and blasted it out. Chest felt great with an incredible pump, and lats and midback got a much-needed team-work blast. Fairly basic moves throughout, and it’s highly likely that I’ll switch over to a new split of some sort this week. Regardless, it was a great start to a happy new year of training.
