Jonathan: Full Body (Full-Body Finale?)
Another chance to use my new gym toy, so I was looking forward to the workout. With Halloween tomorrow, a time change this weekend, and a new month beginning, this may have been my Full-Body Finale. Don’t get me wrong, the workouts are great and extremely efficient, but I’m not a fan of taking days off and no single bodypart ever feels completely hammered. Jonathan: Full Body (Weekend flu by!)
It wouldn’t be the new season if it wasn’t the flu season. LOL! The fall and winter are always my most intense training months, and more often than not I tend to get a bit sick right before the intensity uptick. That happened this weekend.
