We sent a newsletter a few days ago on boosting testosterone in the gym. Just after it went out, we received more interesting news about that muscle-building hormone, so this is a quick follow-up on T-killing hidden ingredients and food additives…
The researcher we mentioned previously said there are three specific hidden ingredients that are robbing us of our manhood, smothering our muscle gains, and damaging our health in the process. The first one is MSG—something you may think is only in Chinese take-out. It’s in a lot more. According to the researcher…
MSG is a neurotoxin that’s permanently stored inside your brain. Studies have shown testosterone levels decrease when it’s eaten over long periods. MSG has also been known to cause headaches, numbness, chest pains and sweating.
MSG is hidden in frozen meals (a.k.a., TV dinners), ranch dressing, potato chips and most packaged and processed food–as well as Chinese take-out. Food manufacturers try to disguise the ingredient by not using the word ‘MSG’ on the packaging; instead look out for Glutamate, Monopotassium Glutamate, Textured Protein, Yeast Extract, Gelatin or Hydrolyzed Protein.
Good to know–watch out for those on food labels. The researcher talks about the other 2 T-killers here…
Till next time, train hard—and smart—for BIG results.
