Here are four shots of Bruce Lee showing his impressive V-tapered torso. Obviously, Lee wasn’t a competitive bodybuilder, but his acid-etched physique stunned those who witnessed it in peak condition.
Hard to believe he was 5’8” and weighed only 128 pounds.
To put that in perspective, Frank Zane won the Mr. Olympia weighing about 60 pounds more than that—and he was considered a slender bodybuilder.
The point is that even with less muscle than a competitive bodybuilder, when you’re ripped, your bodyweight doesn’t mean jack. And if you’re well-muscled and smooth, you basically look fat.
Even at only 128 pounds, there’s no question that Bruce was jacked. If you want to look more massive than you really are and extremely impressive, ignore the scale, drop fat, and get hard as nails. How?
We’ve had lots of tips in this zine, but if you want all of our “secrets” in one place, see X-treme Lean.
