It was a celebratory Tuesday training blast this morning. Today marks the 14-year anniversary of when we first launched our X-Rep site with our first e-book, The Ultimate Mass Workout. I celebrated by trying not to cry from the deep muscle burn this morning. LOL…
Chest: DB incline presses (5×50,40,30,20,10(8)(6)—drop) ss Dips (4×10)
Back: Close-, parallel-grip DB rows (5×50,40,30,20,10(8)(6)—drop) ss Chins (4×8); DB shrugs (1×15(12)(10)—drop)
Abs: Planks (4×45 seconds) ss Full-range crunches (4×12)

Summary: 14-year anniversary celebration meant that I wanted to really feel some searing muscle burn. Mission accomplished! I increased the weight a bit wherever possible, and chest and back were on fire. I changed the sequence for ab work, and I also made sure there was no rest between sets (on ab work only). Made it quick and effective. Now I get to continue the celebration by working all day and possibly enjoying a nice, cold, carbonated beverage this evening.
