Here’s a rare photo of Arnold kick-testing a new pair of briefs for “luggage room.”

Arnold looks impressive here, even with a porn-stache, but many say that his quads lagged behind his other massive body parts…

Personally, we appreciated that Arnold had more athletic legs. He looked like he could run or jump rope on the beach without damaging his package or getting a severe rash. Here’s proof…

Could he have had Quadzilla-like thighs if he had done more stretch moves like Tom Platz? Hmm…

Arnold did include stretch-position exercises for almost every bodypart—except quads. No photos of him doing sissy squats, the ideal stretch move for front thighs, one Platz did regularly on the hack machine…

Arnold seemed to be able to make lagging muscles grow at will. He brought his calves up to full-grown cows without too much trouble, so perhaps his more “functional” thigh development was by choice. Check out this colorized beach shot (original photo by John Balik)…

Pretty damn aesthetic and athletic, if you ask us.
