Chest: DB incline presses (3×20,10,8–DP 3X); Edge-gripping bench pushups (3×8–Xcen) ss DB flyes (3×8 + X Reps)
Back: Chins (3×20,9,6–DP 3X); DB stiff-arm kickbacks (3×8–Xcen) ss DB pullovers (3×8 + X Reps); Close-, parallel-grip DB rows (3×20,10,9–DP 3X)
Abs: Planks (3×60 sec–Stat) ss Full-range crunches (3×15 + X Reps)

Summary: Seriously great workout! Felt strong everywhere, and chest and back felt extra thick. The high-rep set to start the DP 3X rounds seems to really help get me in touch with the feel of the target muscle, and it starts the viscious pump, too, so it’s a win-win situation.
