Yesterday’s superset superpump workout was great, and this seems like a good week for a bit of a shift in training before kicking it back into ultra high gear. I went with supersets between opposing bodyparts, so there was still a big metabolic kick, and the POF  pump was sick (I just had to get that to rhyme. LOL)… [Read more…]
