I gave the full-body assault a fair shake, and I liked it a lot for the first couple of weeks. Today’s workout was just what the muscle doctor ordered, though: A skin-stretching pump. Another chance to use my new gym toy, so I was looking forward to the workout. With Halloween tomorrow, a time change this weekend, and a new month beginning, this may have been my Full-Body Finale. Don’t get me wrong, the workouts are great and extremely efficient, but I’m not a fan of taking days off and no single bodypart ever feels completely hammered.
