Here’s an interesting shot of Arnold early in his career. This woman psychic has written down something from his future, and he likes the note—but he may be misinterpreting the message: “You’ve got it, maid.”
Even so, by thinking that he had it “made,” he drove himself to accomplish everything he set out to do—including the housekeeper.
One of his secrets for having it made in the muscle-building department was including size-surging stretch exercises, like overhead extensions for huge, sweeping triceps, shrugs for his titanic traps, and flyes for powerful pecs…
In fact, Arnold did stretch-position resistance exercises for almost every bodypart. He intuitively knew they did great things for hypertrophy.
