I’m onboard with Arnold, as his routine sounds a lot like the Old Man, Young Muscle workout, starting with high reps, keeping the sets low in 30-minute sessions. Apparently short rests between sets too…

A caveat to the quote above: When he says “don’t think,” he means not to talk yourself out of it—to make your workouts a habit…
You must think about HOW you are training to keep gaining, such as the ideal exercise for each muscle and what add-on moves will efficiently complement that to produce the most hypertrophy in minimal time without too much damage.
In other words: No brain, no gain. You must train smart to create efficiency of effort—then “just do.”
