Here’s a classic shot of Bruce Lee wondering why cats hate him with such a passion…
Back in the day, Lee gave new meaning to the terms “cut” and “shredded.”
Here he is showing his ripped upper body at a local sleepover, embarrassed that he was the only one who didn’t wear white PJs.
That photo is actually on the set of his last movie, “Enter the Dragon,” which he never saw. He died in 1973 before it was released.
He was in his best physical condition for that movie, but after filming was complete, he had a reaction to a medication that caused brain edema. He died in Hong Kong at the age of 32.
Lee was 5’8” and weighed only around 130 pounds in ripped condition…
With his ectomorphic frame, he couldn’t get massive, but he knew that being shredded gives the illusion of more size.
Till next time, train hard—and smart—for BIG results.
