Check out Arnold in his prime below compared to his son Joseph, early 20s, hitting a double biceps pose. The resemblance is uncanny. Are genetics important in bodybuilding? Absolutely, as is the case in most sports.
Could Joseph attain his father’s ultimate bodybuilding prowess? Possibly. Lots of factors would be required, including persistence and drive—not to mention special “supplements,” which Joseph probably isn’t using.
But the potential is there. Look at Joseph’s long lats and arm thickness—and, of course, that jawline.
