Moment of Bodybuilding Zen 56: Arnold at Age 19

This photo of Arnold at age 19 from his book Education of a Bodybuilder, shows his incredible genetics: chest structure, long biceps, wide shoulders/small waist.

But even if you don’t have the Oak’s genetic gifts, you can still achieve incredible bodybuilding progress. Steve is the perfect example.

Steve’s genetics were more suited for marathon running than bodybuilding, but with persistence and full-range training (we’ll explain that in a moment), he succeeded in building plenty of jaw-dropping muscle…

Steve Holman at 15 and after building a good physique.

To max out your genetic potential for eye-popping muscle mass as quickly as possible, you should use full-range training for each muscle—that is, Positions of Flexion. For example, one of the POF triceps mass programs is:

Midrange: Lying extensions

Stretch: Overhead extensions

Contracted: Pushdowns

Notice how those three exercises each train a different triceps position: over the chest, overhead and down next to the body. And that program not only trains the target muscle through its full range of motion, it also attacks the 3 key hypertrophy triggers, according to Brad Schoenfeld, Ph.D.:

1) Mechanical tension (with heavier training: midrange)

2) Muscle damage (via microtears in the fibers: stretch)

3) Metabolic stress (by blocking blood flow—during sufficient tension time—for cell swelling: contracted)

That explains why POF is so powerful as the ultimate mass-building protocol, and…

That’s why almost all of our programs at our X-Shop are infused with POF for every muscle—either all positions at one workout or split-positions training.

If you want the main Position-of-Flexion mass manual, which shows you full-range POF workouts for every body part along with complete hypertrophy programs, you can get 3D Muscle Building HERE.

Till next time, train hard—and smart—for BIG results.

Ripped Muscle Now: Harvard Research

Harvard researcher Dr. Dimitrios Stamou discovered an enzyme that eats bodyfat. It’s helping women and men lose up to 21 pounds on average in less than 28 days.

Plus, it can help bodybuilders get freaky ripped faster than ever (see the pic of the 69-year-old who is shredded at the link below).

Remember, when you’re leaner, you look bigger than ever… And best of all, your body can MAKE this fat-blasting enzyme by eating these specific foods… and they taste GREAT.

Our colleague, the man who owned the gym that Lou Ferrigno trained at in “Pumping Iron,” turned us onto this. He’s using it himself to shed fat faster than ever, and he’s in his 50s. Get the details and see his photo HERE.
