And it was no accident. His guns—or in his case, cannons—were always a point of emphasis in the gym.
For example, he infused his workouts with specific exercises that attacked his biceps from key angles to super-size both biceps heads.
In fact, one of his favorite programs was what we call 3D Positions-of-Flexion: Barbell curls (midrange), incline curls (stretch), concentration curls (contracted)…
And he often added some type of hammer curl for his brachialis muscles, which he knew enhanced sky-high peak (for the best exercise, see our X Arms ebook)…
