Frank Zane wasn’t the biggest bodybuilder of his era, but what a physique. He won the Mr. Olympia weighing around 190 at 5’9”. And 40 years later, the physique he displayed way back then is still considered an ultimate ideal by many, us included…
Just look at the grainy black-and-white shot of him in the gym—we think it was taken at the old Gold’s Gym in Venice by Art Zeller around 1975, but we’re not sure. We are sure that Zane’s physique is one most people would consider perfection…
Obviously, the secret to his impressiveness wasn’t gargoyle mass; it was crisp definition with sculpted proportion.
He’s one of the bodybuilders who taught us that when you’re ripped, you look much bigger than what the scale says.
In other words, if you want to look more massive than you really are, drop some fat. How?
You want to do it at a slow and methodical pace so you retain your muscle. Too fast and you starve away mass.
We’ve had lots of tips in this zine on how to go about it, but if you want all of our “secrets” in one place, see X-treme Lean. You can get it FREE with our Anabolic Reload package HERE.
Or order it as a stand-alone ebook HERE.
There are innovative workouts in that ebook as well—to help your ripped muscles swell.
And also grab our latest retooled ebook featuring the STX growth-threshold muscle blood-bath system—use moderate poundages for maximum pump to get ultimate mass workouts…
Quick-Start Muscle-Building Guide 2.0 is available HERE.

Harvard Research: Get Ripped Muscle Now
Harvard researcher Dr. Dimitrios Stamou discovered an enzyme that eats bodyfat. It’s helping women and men lose up to 21 pounds on average in less than 28 days.
Plus, it can help bodybuilders get freaky ripped faster than ever (see the pic of the 69-year-old who is shredded at the link below).
Remember, when you’re leaner, you look bigger than ever… And best of all, your body can MAKE this fat-blasting enzyme by eating these specific foods… and they taste GREAT.
Our colleague, the man who owned the gym that Lou Ferrigno trained at in “Pumping Iron,” turned us onto this. He’s using it himself to shed fat faster than ever, and he’s in his 50s. Get the details and see his photo HERE.
